Wanchope was one of the best individual City performances I've seen. Weaver against Ipswich is a good call. Berbatov against us for Tottenham but I remember being blown away by Jurgen Klinsmann in the 5-2 game and Domitrscu was bloody good that day. I remember Peter Barnes getting a 10/10 one game can't recall who against though and Denis Tueart v Notts County one evening game I think when he scored 3 or was it 4?

It was 4 mate in a 5-1 win, County top of the old 2nd division, us bottom of the first, gutter press hoping for an 'upset', Dennis was just awesome that night, so direct, powerful, gritty and aggressive, there was no stopping him.

Have to say Benarbia first half at home to a good Newcastle side, he was just another level above some VERY good players, gutted we never got to see Ali in his prime for us.

one of the best individual performances and debut , was trevor francis at stoke city , i think we won 3-1 , and he scored 2 superb goals and took our team to another level that day , i remember thinking at £1m , (£80m in todays money) he was the bargain of the century.

Kare Ingebrigsten Fa Cup v Leicester scored a hat trick and looked amazing. Though it was a strange game as it was the one Alan Kernaghan scored from 40 yards out

Best one against us was Berbatov for spurs in the cup. They had a player sent off (kaboul?) and Berbatov was immense at holding the ball up and ripping us apart

It was. David white scored that goal off the underside of the bar and we won 2-1. Pretty sure it was mcmanaman and saunders debuts as well. I was only young but remember the atmosphere was incredible and one of those nights you never forget

Ossie Ardilles against us after he just signed,he was magnificent,ran the show.Robben for Bayern,he led us a torrid time.

I remember the Chris Waddle game when he played for Bradford against us,he was incredible that day.
