Best Live Performance In Your Opinion?

Earth, Wind & Fire at Bingley Hall (Stafford), 1979.
All the band were great musicians and they really put on a performance.
The audience was probably different to what they were used to in the US, so perhaps they tried even harder to get the crowd onside.
The finale, where they entered, individually, an elevated spaceship then all disappeared, was different to anything I had previously seen.
A great live soul band...

Saw The Jam there in 82. Changed my life

Saw Paul Carrack twice at the Bridgewater - absolutely nailed it both times.
Difford & Tilbrook at The Lowry spot on until Peter Kay took over the second half.

Squeeze countless times and enjoyed them all - especially the gig in 1998 when they invited the audience up on stage.

Saw Tilbrook at the Bury Met and he was fucking awful - he was going through his going around in a van stage at the time and just thought we were all there to just indulge him.

Good gig but not in my top 100.
