This 'n' That. Soap St and Butter Lane.

Mmmmmm, Rice 'n' 3.
I love the This n That near Blu bar - not posh but food is fantastic and cheap as chips.

The magnificent 7!

Tapas: El Rincon De Rafa (Footy memorabilia on the walls to boot)
Italian: Piccolinos (Near town hall, my fave restaurant in town)
Indian: Akbars (Near Castlefield)
English: Sams Chop House (Behind Boots on Market St)
Mexican: Panama Hattys
Argentinian(basically if your a steak connoisseur): Gaucho Grill.
American: Hard Rock is a safe bet.

PS:
Quick bite to eat in town at lunchtime: Blackdog Ballroom. NQ. Just for the burgers alone! Oh yes.

Excellent taste Sir. I'd agree with almost all of that, but I'd throw in Cafe Istanbul on Bridge Street for Turkish and Pesto for some Italian tapas.

Not eaten in the Blackdog Ballroom, only had a drink there, but will pop in for a burger next time.

no one's mentioned ABDUL's of Oxford Road yet?

LMAO

all fresh flame grilled chicken kebab with chili sauce, yoghurt & veggies served in a naan; fit for a king!

(edit: chili not curry sauce - damn, how could I make such a culinary faux pas? I think I'll have to go fall on my carving sword now)
