Big Phil is back

Good. Useful player he is. If you look at some of the best big men in the world i.e Drogba, Ade etc. not many were as talented or recognised as Caicedo at his age. I hope he does well, gets a few games under his belt and without getting too carried away, becomes a good future player.

But the fact that he can't pull his weight in the Portuguese league says a lot more than anything else considering where we are and where we aspire to.

The only league that it matters he performs in is the one we play in, to me 7 goals in 12 starts or whatever it was is him performing. Fair enough though, some of you love a player to run around aimlessly.

Even if he has come back from Portugal with both his legs amputated he'd still move more than Santa Cruz.

He has great ball control for a big guy and will benefit from the service further up the pitch he will get now. Having said that, I am still trying to convince myself he is any good at this level.

Still bitter about being proven wrong numerous times last season, both by Big Phil and posters on here? Bless.

Considering every single goal bar one he scored was either in the knock out of the UEFA cup or the PL that is a bit of a joke statement. And if you're classing Blackburn, Bolton etc as championship then you've obviously forgotten CRonaldo won the Ballon D'OR scoring the majority against this level.

By the way, "Hes fucking gash" doesn't count as an argument. And no I don't think hes as good as CRonaldo.

Fact of the matter is Big Phil scores goals, goals win games, we want to win games so hes good back up.

Lmao. Bolton, Hull, West Brom, Blackburn. Shite teams. Pretty much Championship level at the moment. "Fact is" he doesnt score fucking goals, he has 3 for his country in 20 odd appearances, couldn't even get more than 7 appearances in the Portuguese league and failed to even score once. Lets not even mention his appearances/goals ratio in the Swiss League and his appearances/goals ratio in the Prem is shit too. You all keep ranting on about hurrrrr he scored x goals in x starts lets keep him as an impact sub. Doesn't fucking score when he comes on as a sub anyway. He's fucking rubbish. Slow, can't jump, runs into traffic regularly, first touch can either be decent or worse than Benjani. He didn't prove anyone wrong, he had his goals handed to him on a plate apart from a few against shite European teams and Championship level teams.

i dont think boj, phil or benjani the miss monster have any future, 2 young lads coming up, unfortunatly ball done his foot

If we need back up i would think maybe move in january would be the result

Dzeko anyone?

Bojinov will be a legend at City.

I think he may well of talked himself out of staying, will be legendary injury prone player but with the amount he saying he dont wanna come back and wants to stay in italy plus the fact that by giving him out on loan it shows hughes has little faith in him
