the club should move the away fans into the East Stand level 1 - 111....

The away fans should be moved to the corner of the 3rd tier in the CB where they can't be seen or heard, not opposite the cameras in the first tier of the East Stand.

Me too. I commented in another thread about how I felt uneasy that the official website constantly piggybacks upon the terrace humour at COMS. Milking the 'Alan' stuff for all its worth, and featuring interviews with 'Grandma' a) verges on the cringeworthy and b) just dilutes the cult humour value. IMO.

we used to have the odd thing here and there in the 06/07 season nearly everyweek at times, if i remember rightly and it was good.

can someone explain to me why we have fans on the big screen being interviewed at half time being asked exactly how many we are going to beat the opposition by, as they stand there waiting for the 2nd half to start.

oh yeah, i think 3-0, maybe 4-0.

we did the exact same thing when we played tottenham last season in the 4th place match, tottenham were warming up, and we were giving it the big one on the screen about how we are going to roll them over.

talk about motivating the opposition.

I blame the dickheads asking the same puerile rhetorical questions...

It's cringeworthy watching it.

Just another example of people behind the scenes trying to dictate to football fans what they should be hearing and watching at a game and is every bit as bad as piped fucking music, trumpets and drums!

All adds to the matchday "City experience" though eh lads :-(

Best half time entertainment I ever remember was PReston Away in the second division season, game finished 1-1.

A fan of each club had to set off on the whistle from the centre spot , both running opposite directions, and the first to score won.

The crowd were roaring them on.

Remember that Preston one. They had a teenager, and we had a young kid who looked like he'd only learned to walk the day before. Cheating barstewards.

i know danny and not having a go at him but i thought exactly the same, fulham on the pitch and everyone saying 3-0, city are so bad at these things

we had the win a holiday competition in an empty ground after we lost 3-2 at home to fulham and sven was getting sacked

we now have flags waved at the side of the pitch - chelsea style - it says "passion" on when there's no passion in it at all

agree about milking alan and grandma stuff...

too many people at the club who aren't city fans making the (wrong) decisions

Think they should do a tombola of all the seat numbers in the ground before the game and pick a number of seats out, say 10 or 12. Numbers then put on screen in 1st half. If you are drawn out you have the opportunity to go down to the pitch at half time (Gives tier 2 n 3 a chance to be prepared) for the opportunity to win a prize by via some football related competition.

Prize could be something useful, even to the away fans e.g. a tank full of petrol or diesel ;-D
