Just over a year ago I wound up on universal credit for about 2 months, the amount of checks and making you feel like shit they do when you're perfectly legitimate is mental. How the fuck did these get away with it ha.
They were questioning me over how much I was spending on my food shopping

It’s Unbelievable. Forget where they are from.

So for 6,000 false claims…
Around 6000 bank accounts (for money to be paid into) - they must have needed proof to open these false bank accounts with 6,000 false addresses.
Would the DWP not check that some of these false doctors notes & false wage slips were real?

Do the Banks not have a responsability to look out for things like this?
