Biggest, Most Important home match in City’s history?

I think its especially important from the medium term perspective. If City fail again, I think Pep's standing within the organization might take a dent. Especially on the recruitment end where he seems to be very choosy about who he wants (unlike a Pellegrini or Ancelotti). Not sure if Pep can work under those conditions long term.

Your key players like Walker, De Bruyne, Mahrez (all age), B Silva (PSG?) and Gundogan (age, Barca?) will all start to have declining influences on key games. While the overall squad age profile is good, these guys have been important in terms of consistently putting world class performances across the season. If City enters a rebuild over the next 1-2 years, Pep might not have another chance.
