Birmingham - 3rd Round FA Cup Post Match thread

Easy game bernardo , kdb , foden all played good 1st half.2nd half was a non event.still cant take to mahrez to leightweight and mendy looks a show of the player we bought.Zack steffen is pushing eddy hard now so thats good.still feel we could do with a pacy right winger.

As easy as it gets, great first half, controlled second half, minutes for Jesus and Walker after Covid, minutes for some of the younger players, yet STILL the same thickos have to slag CITY PLAYER Mahrez off. Mind you the same pillocks were slagging off Gundogan a few games ago. How fucking sad they are
Quite right sick of the moaning bar stewards on here. It is the anniversary year of me supporting City l was at the Albert Hall a Scouts convention City v Brum cup final so l supported our local team.65 years on had a season ticket for years seen loads of rubbish never slagged them off like some numptys on here ps City have rang me twice in the last year checking l was ok brilliant l have been devastated this week after the death of King Colin named my son after him I'm sick of a lot of negativity. Feeling better that of my chest

Very professional and complete performance.

As much as we’d like to see more of the Academy lads get a run out, Pep got it exactly right, IMHO. Strong team to win the game first half, and then introduce some younger players.

Kevin was absolutely outstanding and sprayed the ball around beautifully. Phil and Bernardo were also very good, as were Len and Riyad. The outside of the boot pass to set up the second goal was just sublime, and Bernie's technique for the first was incredible. Phil made some fantastic long passes, especially in the first half.

Credit to Birmingham for keeping going right to the end of the game, but they were never really in it.

It was great to see the three youngsters have some first-team minutes and none of them looked out of place.

Onwards and upwards. Let’s hope for a nice - preferably home - draw in the fourth and fifth rounds.

funny things is been a city fans since 1966 and over the last year city never once phoned me to see if i was alright
but then again they don't have my number or email ?

Had a boring day waiting for the game and emergency plumber, who typically arrived just as game was starting..so missed 1st goal (hadn't bothered to find out if you can pause or record i player?)
Good first half, 2nd goal in particular really good team goal. Good to see Bernardo back on form, Foden very good and you couldn't fault FFS today either.
2nd half a little non descript maybe. Brum did have a bit more of a go and good to give the youngsters a run out.
Good result at Crawley, shame Morecambe couldn't do the same to Chelsea! Now, come on Marine!!!
