Birmingham - 3rd Round FA Cup Post Match thread

We used it to good effect I thought. Put a team out to get the job done then change it up, try a few things and give some of the younger lads some well-deserved 1st team action.

Yes it was my only gripe is with 5 changes allowed the game becomes a bit of a friendly.
I didn't enjoy the 2nd half to be honest.

Good first half, foot off the pedal in the second, but we aint half starting to play well now.

Great first half getting the game done and dusted early. I like many thought we would struggle this season after our start but last month or so we have really come into it. Defence is looking strong which is brilliant. Starting to get goals again and the 3 today were cracking finishes. Looking very good and I look forward to the draw on Monday

On a side note the goal Mahrez had disallowed today. I can't be the only 1 that thinks that was onside, his feet were behind the defender and they gave it offside for his arm and shoulder which I thought VAR weren't doing anymore. I know it had no impact on the game just frustrating, and I don't want to seem like I am moaning I am pleased with todays result.

At our PEAK in the first half, we were BLINDING. Second half Steffen fumbled more balls than a hostess at a Kyle Walker Covid party.

Saw a comment on BBC HYS basically criticised Pep for playing a strong side and trying to win a trophy other than the League Cup.
Bet the twat of a poster doesn’t see the irony in slagging a club off for wanting to win something.
