I see that you are another that only picks, and chooses the bits you want to comprehend, and ignore the rest. Then you go on to scream hysterically that anyone that veers from your opinion is a TORY.The good old taxpayer? The ones who voted for Tory tax cuts paid for by cutting funding to councils and now complaining about the consequences? That's you, that is.
You've done it before, it gets boring really fast, and isn't true no matter how much you wish it were. Neither does it change the fact that they knew all about this, incompetantly chose to ignore it in all likeliness hoping to pass it on to the taxpayer.
The same problem has occurred in every council up and down the country after the court case, not every councils executives are dealing with it this way.
