this is the supporter and fan arguement comes in,your a supporter if you cant make the games and make out your the biggest blue,a fan goes the games,im entitled to my own opinion and this is what i think!!!

100% bollox. I know of fans (myself included) who followed City around in the 80's & early 90's who, for whatever reasons (usually family, careers, etc), don't get to many games now. Are you really saying they are not real blues?
Something else... yes, loyalty meant a lot back then, but I tell you something for certain... those who didn't turn up to games too often were never slagged off by those who did. That's something that seems to have crept in over the last few years and it's sad & pathetic.

Agreed, one of the great things about the club and supporters was that you never had to justify yourself to anyone. Never used to matter where you came from or how many games you'd been to, if you loved the blues then that used to be good enough.

this excatly,i slag off all rag twats in the pubs who watch them on tele and call themselves big reds,my arse they are they probably dont even know how to get to salford slum,so why should a `blue` that does the same thing be called a big blue

Some of us have to work every weekend and cannot get to matches!!!! That doesn't make us any less of a fan. I might have only been to a couple of games this season, but I go when I can and when I can afford it, and yes I am going to the uefa second leg. Or should I be banished to hell and called a non blue just because I don't give up my job so I can go to every match !!
And
Just for the record I have all 3 tops, a city coat, a city sweater (all this seasons) and city badges on my car number plates. Obviously I'm all mouth and not a true blue.

my mum used to love anything city. she never went to a game after the 70's except for the FA cup final replay . So was she a blue or not mate? My old man has been to about 5 games, he'll be gutted when i tell him he aint a blue!
