Bitter blues.

Let's remember one thing lads the fundamental thing that has alway's made me proud to be blue city fans stick together no matter what so whether you have been to one or a thousand games were all there for the same cause the love of our club, if your still there after all the downs and shite thrown our way,if you can stand up and say with pride to anyone who may rip your beloved club listen city till i die me don't give a shit what you think, if you got the passion to defend you club to all and sundry or a pub full of rags and take there childish bang your head against the wall no nothing attitude your city fan enough for me.

Sorry only just joined forum, but how bitter is it because someone dared to miss a match,I'm a season ticket holder for 25 years but I do not give a toss if someones bin to 1 match or 300 hundred matches ,how fukin shallow, were blue not rags, lets be as one instead of every one doggin the man in the street who can only get too the odd game,at the end of the day he's a blue.

bitter reds

4-1 and ur singin hillsborough songs?

i dont care who goes as long as i do, none of us can make every game for one reason or another, all this bitching, before the internet you bump into someone at a match who you hadn t seen for a while and you would ask them where they ve been etc, but you would never ever have told them they were not a blue just because they have missed some games.. i m afraid its the age we are living in right now

I think its very naive and stupid to think that because a guy doesnt do many games or hold a season card, he isnt much of a blue. Football is hardly cheap these days and although city do make a massive effort for under 16s and the european games it is still a huge expense for a dad to take 2 kids to the footy.

I personally dont have children, me and my missus go to around 15-20 away games a season (inc cups) and we spend a huge amount of our disposable income on supporting city. However with the current climate and possible redundancies at both our work places we have really tightened the belt and tbh the 1st thing to go was city trips. Now does that make us less of a blue than we were maybe 2 months ago??? My opinion is that if anyone is of the opinion that we are now less blues than we were then you seriously need to have a word with yourself, we love goin city home and away but in life their are far more important things that come higher on the list of priorities in life e.g. mortgage, job, kids etc.

a blue is a blue in my eyes doesnt matter if you go to the games or not, we are still all watching the same old unpredictable, frustrating, exciting, boring, winning, losing, rich or poor MAN CITYand we love it
