Glad I did now.

Don't understand this post. Why are you glad? Don't you want your team to be successful????

Yep, it must be a proper pain in the arse City staying in all these competitions. Give me the good old days when:

A. We weren't in Europe
B. We got regularly bounced out of the League Cup by the likes of Lincoln, Doncaster, Chesterfield...
C. An FA Cup QUARTER final was the zenith of the season

So, come on City, do the decent thing, stop all this fucking about in semis, finals and knockout champions' league games.

And please, City, whilst you're at it, do the decent thing - think of those fans that have to put up with all that hassle of their ticket being automatically provided - let's not be having any of that - let's get back to the halcyon days of queuing under the Main Stand. 'Cos that was brill - none of this knowing you're tickets sorted and simply rocking up to the match.

Not to mention the 11.5 hours we queued round Maine Road for the THIRD division play off final….yeah, that's what we want more of.

-- 05 Jan 2014 21:19 --

Yeah the point being made is a financial one but you didn't read the thread did you?

Course we all read the thread - you're missing the point which is that there is always something for some fans to moan about

LOL - the good old days

Those were the days as it became light you'd find that 3 inches from your hand as you'd normally be sat on the cobbles behind the Platt Lane would be a frozen rock hard turd.

I assume either ITV/BT Sport will have a cup replay, possibly both. Looking at the other replays, I've a feeling we might be the game picked. Only others I can potentially see being chosen are MK Dons V Wigan or Fulham V Norwich.

Watford VS Bristol City
Peterborough United VS Kidderminster Harriers
Milton Keynes Dons VS Wigan Athletic
Fulham VS Norwich City
Sheffield Wednesday VS Macclesfield Town
Plymouth Vs Port Vale

If that's the case, the club will have to give some serious thought to the ticket prices.

I think he was talking about the expense of all the games nothing to do with success

But with success comes further expense. Both go hand in hand. I'm certainly a lot happier (albeit a little skinter) knowing that we are going to hopefully have yrs and yrs of success in the future.
I will pay whatever for Blackburn however am hoping for no more than £15
