Totally agree, I never thought in a thousand years I would ever agree with him, but on many occasions since he joined Sky I have actually agreed with him or he has gone on to say what I was thinking.

The thing is he is a die hard United fan and so it was no wonder that I never agreed with him when he spoke to the media as a player. As a pundit he has to be fair and so far he has been far fairer than the long term pundits across the channels. Number One dick being Redknap who achieved fuck all in his career and thinks he has the authority to slate footballers far superior to him.
 
As a pundit in the studio he's the best Sky have, along with Souness.

As a commentator he's shite. His sex noises as Torres scored last night made me feel sick.

He's still a rag prick though but I don't have to like someone to respect them and realise they're doing their job well.
 
Bitter? No. He's a fuckin rag turd?! Why are so many blues on here suddenly recognising the positives in rat boys existence and his ability to pass comment on the job he has done for years. Who gives a shit. Hes a rag turd. End of.

I think it's more the suprise element that's caused it all. When I heard he joined Sky I thought he would be like all the rest. But as a pundit, no one, no matter how much you hate him, can knock his fairness.

I hated him a player, pure hate, but as a pundit he is fucking way better than the fucking shite pundit's (especially on Sky) who sit there knowing full well, deep down in their soul that they had failed careers in football. And were it not for bent Sky they'd be swinging in the garage or licking their piss off the toilet rim desperate for more alchol.
