Blue Alliance Fans Survey - Improving The Atmosphere

We'd like as many views and as much support on this one as possible. Danny Wilson has asked us to canvass some opinion amongst City fans about how we can improve the atmosphere.

The Blue Alliance has members all round the ground and we whilst we can obviously reflect the views of our members there are plenty of fans on here who aren't part of The Blue Alliance who care passionately about improving the atmosphere and we've been asked to provide a more wider range of views.

We feel it's perhaps time for the South Stand and the Singing Section to work together - perhaps co-ordinated displays in both section simultaneously - even if we are separated by the away fans.

Danny has said today even though the club might like to get all the singers together in one area it isn't possible because of the police and the council. We are where we are -with 2 blocks of singers, so we have to make the best of it.

So rather than reply on this thread could you send any ideas to : citycentreblues@yahoo.co.uk

Even if it's something that might cost a few quid to do, or something that might have no cost at all, let's hear these views.

Perhaps every seasoncard holder in the south stand should have an open day where they can rehearse. Incentives like a reduction in their ticket prices if they turn up for the day or something.

Really impressed with Dort fans and the Aris fans from 2 seasons back. Very well orchestrated.

A stadium open day where if you want to sing and be apart of this you turn up on the non matchday and rehearse, to see how it goes.

No ticket discounts lol, just an opportunity to be apart of something.

The club should encourage fans to bring in lots of flags and banners into the stadium.

The club should get those people waving the cheesy Chelsea style club made flags on poles into one area bunched together or along the netting beside the away fans to bring more colour to the vocal areas.

Perhaps if fans turn up couple of hours early to rehearse before the Real Madrid home game or even the United game at home in December. Just a suggestion. :)

simple swap the away fans with the singing section, if that cant be done because of the council then why not.

why not have all members of the BA in the same section. Is this the survey I just recieved asking me why I didnt attend the dortmund game.

the atmosphere wont improve unless something dramatic happens ie an ultras group, if not then the atmsophere will only continue to get worse
