Blue Moon Top 100 Bands Artists - Full List of Artists (pg 287)

I thought the 2nd line was "And the Blues are so delightful" ? Or maybe my hearing's going :-).
Anyway, we sing our Jingle Bells song all year round so why not this one ? I too thought it worked well on Sunday.
Haha maybe it was the amount of pints I'd had opposed to your hearing :)

Interesting, well, hopefully we'll solve the Spiffy Gyro mystery. I asked my teenage kids about Sniffy Yoyo and they hadn't heard of them. I'll see if I can search more Tiffy Crymo tunes on Spotify, and report back with a more informed opinion on Cliffy Hoho.
Well I like them Foggie and as my favourite band is Yes there is no denying they are good :-)

Is there a good record I should take a listen to that you'd recommend? I enjoy taking the piss out of their name, but I didn't dislike them, and was just a bit surprised as to their popularity. What I heard sounded a bit generic but as I noted, I just picked random stuff.

To be honest Foggie my partner bought me “ A Celebration of Endings” last year based on the fact I liked the ballad “Space”.
I enjoyed it. Uncomplicated clean crisp sound and I’ll probably dip into their earlier stuff too.

He'd have pissed this poll were it US-only respondents. His untimely death only made him more of a legend. But like so many other artists, even though I love four or five dozen of his songs, I couldn't rank him top 15 because there was only one album of his that was truly consistently great song-for-song IMO ("Full Moon Fever"). So like Led Zep, he's a greatest hits artist to me. Also my all-time favo(u)rite song of his is probably his most un-Petty like -- "Don't Come Around Here No More."
It's one of my favourites.

I saw them at Reading Festival, didn't do much for me even though they play music from a genre that I like.

Heard a good one to the tune of ‘heaven is a place on earth’ on the concourse at Newcastle, something about Rodri and then “Phill Foden is the best on earth!”

Anyone know the full chant?
Guardiola do you know what he's worth
Phil foden is the best on earth
He comes from Stockport and he plays in sky blue
He loves City and he hates man u
