You can't underestimate that Mancunian influence BH.

I wouldn't be surprised if one of them tops the band at least you can lay more claim to than most of us here namely the stones being a hammer through and through when in truth if its based on output , longevity and practically ever other measure you care to name they are not even in the same ballpark.

Ironically though... Oasis are one of my favourite ever bands.

A few great songs, some good ones but mainly boring pretentious stuff. Any musicians wanting 'their sound' should play whilst being up ones own arse. Waters has spent more time in the dark than Helen Keller.

Not sure what you are trying to say here. If you mean a balanced assessment of random albums that people pick out, then yes, it's great. The whole point is that people may think something is "shite", but at least they give a bit of info on what they don't like about something or pick out some bits that aren't so bad.
