Blue Moon Top 100 Bands Artists - Full List of Artists (pg 287)

Ah brilliant - another City and It Bites fan.
I think I saw CATH on TOTP and loved the time signatures so went and bought the album and everyone since.
There was a DVD Live in Japan. I’ve seen bits on YouTube and they were brilliant. Sadly can’t find it anywhere.
I’d recommend Frost with JM. Have a listen to this it’s Incredibly good from the debut Milliontown cd.

Just listened...Wow...just fucking wow....I would have loved to have watched JM playing that in the studio...cheers mate...On it..thanks very much.

Marillion & Supertramp below Coldplay - eek! I probably should have voted but couldn't get below 45 favourite artists and gave up. In fact Coldplay should have been disqualified anyway, although I don't have a particular reason yet.

Where did ZZ Top end up? Or would it spoil the secret [crosses fingers]?
#249 ZZ Top 2 / 2

Just listening to the Wish You Were Here album. That title song is absolutely incredible.

Assuming The Smiths are included...... i think Morrissey is the only entry in the poll who is in twice if @RobMCFC can confirm (again assuming The Smiths are in)

Just shows the greatness of The Man in achieving something Noel, Paul and John didn't achieve.
I don't know whether he is the only one to appear twice (EDIT: OH yes, Joy Division). But, with all due respect, I think it shows that Smiths fans are a little blinkered. Whilst I accept that The Smiths are highly rated by fans and critics alike, I don't see a similar love for Morrissey's solo work outside of the core fanbase.

To suggest that Morrissey's solo work is better than, say, George Harrison's, is more than a bit of a stretch.
