Blue Upgrades

Did it on-line after phoning and told there was a two hour wait and it disconected.

Bit panicky as you click on a seat and nothing happens, presumed it was in process of being taken, however after clicking on a few one popped up in block 323.

All done in 5 mins on-line

Chores done yesterday so off to watch season DVD.
 
Have been trying on the website but can't upgrade - on the membership screen it says call supporter services in the last column. Spoke to them yesterday and they said it all looks fine. Cant get through on the phone to see what the problem is. Looks like I'll have to go with the blue membership again for next year but worried about getting seats.
 
Chose seat online, took me all way through to card details, pressed submit and told me problems with transaction and to phone mcfc!!!. Got a receipt number and my seat was recorded in my account. However 10 mins later my seat number has disappeared although I still have the loyalty points and my order receipt are still on there!!! Very confusing and frustrating
 
managed to pick a seat. entered all the card details then pressed pay now. screen flicks up for 1 second then disappears. same again. and again. fourth time the loading screen stays on for a minute or two then times out. Brilliant, I give up.
 
Does anyone have a link where you'd used to be able to put your seat number in and it gave you a pitch view?
 
whats the cheapest available seat left guys? (roughly)

I renewed blue early this morning thinking that you had to renew that first before getting the option of upgrading... but there was nothing on the website to do so at that time.

Now when I log in there's no option to upgrade, probably because I did a straightforward blue renewal instead.

Does that mean I've missed my place on the waiting list now?! I'd like to know what price we're looking at before I spend 3 hours on the phone to clarify my situation :p
 
Went to ground this morning, 1/2 9 fair few people in queue already, some obviously been there many hours at the front! Phoned up while in queue before 11, told not on sale till 11 and to call back. Asked if i could hold and fella said he would, low and behold 11 on the dot he answered and sorted me row M CB level 3 (1 and 2 all sold out) Result! If 1 and 2 are fully sold out, methinks many more than 36000 season tickets sold as those 2 levels hold more than that without 3rd tier sales which in the centre blocks are sold back beyond row x and allowing for away allocation.
 
Just bought gold in seat, block 308, row l, im 16 and sat on my own, excited but nervous about going to 19 games on my own, worth it?
 
I kept trying to check out and failed everytime.
I then got a call from my bank to say I have paid 10 times!
I still dont know if I have a ticket and i have paid over 5 grand FFS


Looks like I will have to call but cant get through

Same sort of problem with me. Chose seat, options, etc OK, submitted card details and failed transaction!! Checked Barclaycard and they have authorised the transaction. I am hoping this, along with my receipt number and order history, is enough to secure me the seat.
