Blue Upgrades

My mate was a season ticket holder for years but in recent years he had to get an access card because he lost his job, He didn't renew last season (He was in Australia for a year working), He rang up to get a Blue Card and was told to ring back on the 25th because he didn't renew last season.

So when he gets his Blue Card on the 25th June, Will he still have all his loyalty points or will they be wiped off?

I would imagine that if his supporter number is the same the points will remain.
 
when i login to see my account, it still says blue 2011/12 and a blue card at the top. order history is showing platinum purchased and money has gone from the bank.

anyone else the same??

i had the same problem as the guy above but mine was gold, i phoned them up after being in hold for hour and half and the guy asked me for card details/support number, then checked with the accountant and seen that i had the loyalty points etc, then he asked if i could remember where the seat was then gave me an available seat and said after they got the numbers in if they find my seat i wanted they will put me back there,
 
Similar to above, I am still showing on my account as only Blue member 11/12 though purchse history shows ST transaction and money has gone from my credit card account today. No sign of the refund I am due for the Blue 12/13 membership I had already purchased though! I think paranoia is setting in what with all the furore re ST availability but I called customer services last night and girl on the phone assured me all was well and I have 3 seats in family stand on Gold. Phew!

Good to know its not just me then! I imagine our online accounts will get updated soon enough
 
Has anyone who was overcharged upgrading had the money refunded back into their bank account yet???

I was luck enough to upgrade to a platinum season card on sunday, but experienced the same problems as a few people did online i.e the site telling me there was a problem with my payment, and saying 'please try again'! So I did try again...4 times more! I then phoned the ticket office on sunday who said any money that was taken by mistake would be refunded on Monday...well nothing went into my bank on Monday! So I phoned again yesterday to be told it will probably be my bank thats holding it up, but the bank are saying it's not been refunded!

I've just checked now and I'm still owed over 2 grand by the ticket office and I'm well into my overdraft...has anyone else had a problem getting money back?

Any info will be appreciated
