I had 2 windows open, 1 in IE and 1 in Chrome so I could guarantee that the missus and I had seats next to each other. We used the same card. Hers went through no problem and I got the confirmation page, mine came up with a 'Payment Processing Error' and told me to contact CS. I'm in the queue to them right now.
Now we both have the same details in the membership area. We both got the loyalty points, both listed as on the cup schemes we chose, both have our seats listed in the order history. My bank has 2 lots of payments coming out for the price of the season ticket. But on the membership home page, both of us are listed as having no membership for this year, and no extras are listed. Where the renew button used to be is a message to call CS and the phone number for them.
Now the fact that her upgrade had no issue going through, yet she's still listed as having no membership on the main page seems to me like the DB/Server is just cocking up. It is ONLY that page that is suggesting we haven't upgraded.

Infact, they just answered and said both have gone through fine. I'd check yours personally, but it does look like the system is just fucking up when trying to display the right details
