My main problem with here, well not just here but internet in general, is that some posters give off the impression they'd rather see City do badly if it means saving face on here.

No idea if this occured prior to the internet as I was too young at the time and whilst I did read KOTK religiously as a lad I never got the impression that they'd rather be proved right than to look a mug but City prosper.

Personally I love being wrong if it means City benefit.

I moaned about Tevez early on in the season but I'm happy to look like a prick now he's scoring for fun as it means City do well and I'm a City fan before I am a BM poster, or anything else really.

It just does my head in that some people would rather Micah, for example, does badly so they can be proved right on here than see Micah play out of his skin.

I could be wrong, just the impression I get. I do think if every poster on here put CITY before their internet persona/mind games then the board would be a happier place.

Also there are a lot of 'under cover' rags on here this past few months.

I think the fact that Xavi and Puyol made a point of asking Guardiola not to sign Robinho for Barcelona speaks volumes....but I guess they must have some sort of agenda against him too.

I never began the abuse. I have only ever given my opinion of Robinho. You show me evidence of my so called 'agenda'. Your right pal it shouldn't descend into insults. But I personally find it ridiculous when players such as Robinho or criticised just because of some bull shit written in the press.

It's funny there is a thread on here criticising the press, pretty much everyday. Yet when it's anti Robinho it is taken as gospel. I have come on here in the past and criticised Mark Hughes due to his signings, results etc. Things what are tangible and he can be judged on. I have no problem with people criticising robinho for his performances , workrate etc.

But when its bull shit about him having an attitude probklem in the dressing room etc. As fans we don't know so how the hell can anyone come on here and criticise him for it.
