When we first made CL I would never have believed a game could be boring, suppose it shows how far we've come but still crave the drama.
Onwards and upwards, should be relatively fresh for Saturday lunchtime and hoping for a favourable draw in the last 16.

Me too. Wouldn't drop Kun, as he can burst back into goal scoring form at any time, but he could use support at the mo. And Kelechi could use a game.

I can't put my finger on why but this comment seems an utterly bizarre thing to say

They needed to put 5 past us, plus go to Barcelona and better our result against Celtic in order to qualify for the last 16. Better to take a bird in the hand than lose and risk missing out altogether.

that ferna sending off was as weird as kevin horlocks aggressive walking one back in the day

not the best performance but the aim was achieved, and their letting us pass the ball around for 4 or 5 minutes on the half way line was truly bizarre when they needed to win to stay in the comp

just seems strange to not try and win at home, but suppose they achieved their aim and it says a lot about us and how we are viewed europe wide

Agree with this. I think Aguero should have been subbed off and Fernandinho too. Fernandinho sending off was a farce, but it was very predictable. They were trying to get one of our players sent off at that stage. It was an obvious move to take Fernandinho off. Not a case of being wise after the event. You could see it coming. I am sure Guardiola must have been kicking himself for not making the substitution.

No excuse not to play Kelechi against Celtic

With that goon in charge, he ought to have been subbed the minute after their bloke got sent off.
You knew the ref would even it up.
