I always thought Neil Young was better than Dylan. But it's subjective, you either love Dylan or you don't.

I've seen Neil Young live more times than I've seen Bob Dylan, but I've got more Bob Dylan albums than Neil Young albums.

Bob Dylan is the ultimate "curate's egg".

anyway, Blonde on Blonde + Highway 61 are on a different planet to anything else for me, especially lyrically - he’s had a few god awful albums along the way but still worthy of his place amongst the music gods.

One or two poor albums. And even Knocked Out Loaded has Brownsville Girl. And Down In The Groove has Silvio and Death Is Not The End. No, I take it back, no poor albums!

Some of the recent releases are jaw droppingly good. Shadow Kingdom is just phenomenal. The Complete Budokan sounds amazing. And Springtime in New York totally addictive.

The two constants in my life, City and Dylan. I couldn't live without either.

A brilliant album. Features heavily in Conor McPherson's Girl From The North Country. Senor, Baby Stop Crying, Changing of the Guards, Is Your Love in Vain, New Pony ....Feck it, I'm putting it on!

Couple early 80’s albums are pretty dire and that Xmas one he did (which I can’t bring myself to listen too)
