our club is in the best shape it's ever been in , we have a manager that we could have only dreamed about , and a team that is beyond our wildest dreams , we've followed an f.a. cup winning season with winning the title in the most dramatic of circumstances , and owners that 99% of clubs would have the team & the board take it up the arse from , and smile throughout , but hey , lets shit ourselves about not signing anyone yet eh ?

Isn't the whole thread on the fact that the 'manager we could only dream about' having is publicly saying he is pissed off not the fans shitting themselves over not signing anyone? Im not too worried we haven't I think that by keeping the squad together it can only get stronger, but clearly the manager is and he knows best.

That's the main worry. It's not us fans hearing what the media say and putting 2 and 2 together, getting 5 in the process. Mancini actually said it himself; he isn't happy. This is part of Mancinis weakness as manager.
He's a great manager, but he always end up falling with people where ever he goes. He needs to realise him and marwood/board are a team and he's the face of the club. Adding more attention to Marwood and separate himself from him is wrong. It should always be we we we and not him and me.

Mancini is always too honest with the media. They know whatever question they ask will be returned with his honest opinion. He may need to be more caged with his responses. The fact for me is that if Mancini isn't happy then we shouldn't be happy...
