Lol no! But I know who said it! On Bobby's coaching team and very close to the manager and 100% true at the minute! People are dismissing stuff too easily at the minute, very unsettles ship behind the scenes and a big week coming up in the future of Roberto Mancini and our Manchester city.

The idea that Mancini would walk is ludicrous

If he feels he isn't being given the tools to do the job it's not that far fetched that he's not happy, though I agree it's unlikely that he'd walk. However, it seems clear that Mancini can't conceal his contempt for Marwood and this situation can't be allowed to continue. Why not just give Mancini his transfer budget and allow him to deal directly with the new CEO?

1) We should have never announced what this summer's transfer policy was going to be by stating that we had to get rid of RSC, Ade, Bridge et al before we could buy.

Did this seriously happen?
My recollection is that the media announced it not City.

Go on then tell us who it was if you know, its not like he'll get into trouble with Mancini is it ?

"Very unsettled ship behind the scenes" my @rse, you only need to watch (yes watch) training, press conferences to know that it is not how you describe it.

There may be some concerns true, but how you describe it is basically a club in crisis, well bollox it is.

Re: Bobby aint happy! (The Mail.....)

We got better press when we were ruining football.

It's in the Daily Fail, definateley horse shit.

Agreed.
Also look who we play today. Liverpool were the most successful club on the planet when many of these journos were at school, or starting in their careers.
So they will do anything to try and unsettle us and get the united/liverpool game back as the 'biggest' game in the calendar.

Re: Bobby aint happy! (The Mail.....)

Why is it horse shit? Bobby proved over the last 2 1/2 years that he knows what hes doing regarding the prem and mcfc in general, he delivers The FA cup and league yet looks around and must wonder where his support has gone, maybe it was Cook?!! Marwood was brought in by Cook but not to do Cooks job, he could obviously do the job but Marwood looks completely out of his depth. I would be fucking raging if I was Mancini, look what happened when Capello felt he was not supported by the FA - he walked from a contract more lucrative than RM's. RM has the same my way or no way mentality - look at his international caps for that. Marwood has fallen in a bucket of shit and come out smelling of roses, he can't do his job, our league/cup winning manager isn't getting on with him and obviously feels unsupported.

Ask our selves this - which would be the biggest disaster - Marwood going or Mancini?

Answer that truthfully and you'll see who the fucking problem is at MCFC.

But he might be in trouble with the owner for being Bobby's mouth piece though? Of course the club is not in crisis mate! With sheikh man sour around it never will be. Is more about what was spoken about has not come close to happening. Of course he's still doing his job as he loves it at city and loves being a manager in general. If it had been initially decided that little was required this summer then bobby would have been abut miffed but at least he knew where he stood! It's about the goalposts being moved and he's not happy about it!

Of course you do. Thanks for the heads up.
I assume by 'coaching team' you mean someone from the bus depot.

Are you serious? The manager or one of the men responsible for sensible spending, ie a hand of the Sheik?

All this crying for more money spent is sickening. If we finish 5th and with no cup then so be it. Our club has been transformed by our owner. If he doesn't want to spend then he doesn't. If he wanted to throw money about I'm sure Marwood would be as delighted as anyone.

Show some respect towards our owner and his pocket and stop looking for people to blame for our lack of fantasy football transfer activity.
