Why is it horse shit? Bobby proved over the last 2 1/2 years that he knows what hes doing regarding the prem and mcfc in general, he delivers The FA cup and league yet looks around and must wonder where his support has gone, maybe it was Cook?!! Marwood was brought in by Cook but not to do Cooks job, he could obviously do the job but Marwood looks completely out of his depth. I would be fucking raging if I was Mancini, look what happened when Capello felt he was not supported by the FA - he walked from a contract more lucrative than RM's. RM has the same my way or no way mentality - look at his international caps for that. Marwood has fallen in a bucket of shit and come out smelling of roses, he can't do his job, our league/cup winning manager isn't getting on with him and obviously feels unsupported.

Ask our selves this - which would be the biggest disaster - Marwood going or Mancini?

Answer that truthfully and you'll see who the fucking problem is at MCFC.

Mancini has been given plenty of support. Aguero, Balotelli, Dzeko, Yaya, Silva, Kolarov, Clichy etc. The people that can't see that and continue to flap, sput FM nonsense and wet their pants at every other clubs signings are what the fucking problem is.

Lol no! But I know who said it! On Bobby's coaching team and very close to the manager and 100% true at the minute! People are dismissing stuff too easily at the minute, very unsettles ship behind the scenes and a big week coming up in the future of Roberto Mancini and our Manchester city.
Of course you do. Thanks for the heads up.
I assume by 'coaching team' you mean someone from the bus depot.

Surely Mancini and the board drew up an agreed list of targets before the transfer window opened? It would be bizarre if they didn't. If the manager's list included the likes of Thiago Silva, Hazard, RVP, De Rossi and Martinez, and he ends up with Rodwell and Sinclair then it's hardly surprising that he's pissed off. No-one cares a jot whether you or I think that represents a successful transfer window, but if the manager is unhappy then that should be taken seriously and his concerns addressed.

Bobby aint happy! (The Mail.....)

Let's blame Marwood brigade! So Marwood just works to his own mandate then? Utter bullshit!

Listen to Mancini's press conference when he talks about Martinez and the stupid money they want reading between the lines the club have decided that they won't be taken for mugs! Sooner or later you have to stand firm and tell over clubs to do ONE

Don't believe everything you read in the papers. Everyone knows Mancini is not happy with the squad in terms of new faces but to suggest he is raging and on the verge of walking out I don't believe.

'City are a very happy bunch' won't sell a paper or appeal to over reactive supporters.

Re: Bobby aint happy! (The Mail.....)

VP preferred United, Hazard chose Chelsea. No good having targets who won't come. Cue David Lacey in the Guardian: <a class="postlink" href="http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/blog/2012/aug/24/manchester-city-money-united-chelsea?INTCMP=SRCH" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/blog ... NTCMP=SRCH</a>
Sub-editors give it a gloss - "Manchester City's money trumped by United and Chelsea's on-pitch appeal" - but Lacey's point is that they want to play regularly (and City's squad means they'd be on the bench more often). If he's right, then a bigger and better squad becomes self-defeating in terms of recruitment.

Re: Bobby aint happy! (The Mail.....)

I think Marwood is acting on behalf of Kaldoon. Kaldoon has concerns with FFP or we would still blow everyone out of the water. The problem is still the city tax and we have to be prepared to walk away to rid ourselves of that image or we will forever get fleeced.

I think what happened with Hazard was the start of it. In the past we would have got him. It's a really tricky one. We have a great but small squad. There is no way we can compete on all levels with just this number. We were lucky with injuries last season but Micha and Sergio are already missing the next month.

We aren't completely afraid to buy and the next 6 days will tell us all we need to know. I don't know whether Marwood is good at his job or not but I think Kaldoon is very good and why would he let this continue if Marwood was the problem?

Marwood is coming in for a shed load of stick but imagine if he's just a scapegoat for Bob's frustrations.....we might be being unfair on Marwood. It's easy to get players in when you are prepared to pay 100 million. It's not so easy when you are prepared to pay 25 million but teams still want 100 million.

1) We should have never announced what this summer's transfer policy was going to be by stating that we had to get rid of RSC, Ade, Bridge et al before we could buy.

Did this seriously happen?
My recollection is that the media announced it not City.

Go on then tell us who it was if you know, its not like he'll get into trouble with Mancini is it ?

"Very unsettled ship behind the scenes" my @rse, you only need to watch (yes watch) training, press conferences to know that it is not how you describe it.

There may be some concerns true, but how you describe it is basically a club in crisis, well bollox it is.

This.

As a golden rule, if it's in the Daily Hitler, it's toilet water of the brownest kind. The paper hates us like no other. I recently penned an article elsewhere on the subject, and in a random one week period, the online version of the paper knocked out no less than 16 'stories' on City with negative undertones. You line the budgie's cage with the Fail, that is all.

Of course Mancini's probably unhappy with our transfer market progress this summer, but for those slagging Marwood, I seem to remember Khaldoon announcing back in May that he was only expecting one or two modest adjustments to the squad, and doubtless he is the one giving Marwood a stringent mandate.
