Yep. My mum had it for her last couple of years. Heartbreaking to witness someone you love slowly forgetting everything they knew, including who you are. I don't envy Bobby's family what awaits them.My dad is in the later stages of Alzheimer's, it's an awful illness. His family have my sympathy.
Awful illness. Very sad news. Can't help but wonder about those Casey's that these guys were heading throughout their career. The Astle family campaign has got it right I feel.

AgreedJust reading that he's the 5th member of the 1966 team diagnosed with dementia. There's definitely something in it.
