Two s/t's on the cup scheme,

can someone explain in under 3000 words how I go about claiming the two free tickets online on them, if that is still indeed possible.

I went online picked 2 seats in my block using the same supporter number as the one on the cup scheme. Clicked on 'buy now' and it took me to another page which displayed just one ticket which was showing a discount of £25. I clicked on 'buy now' and it was job done, with no payment taken. I assume if you do that twice it will work?

I hope that makes sense???

This is the bit I am struggling with. If two are in the cup scheme, shouldn't there be £0 on the checkout.
