Im on Cup scheme too.
I went on line,booked 2 tickets,one at a price and one foc.Then when I went to add to basket I deleted the charged for ticket and was left with a free ticket to go with the one I had bought pre offer.
Unless the club have changed it.
They changed it earlier in the day. Only way to give them a call, just got through at 4th attempt today so total 3hours + on the phone then sorted in 2 minutes, they said it was worse than Seasoncard renewal. Customer Service has no capacity and is generally not fit for purpose when it comes to stuff like this.
