Nearly 1 hour waiting on the phone following the instructions to be told iv'e come thru
to the wrong department !!!
What i have saved on tickets i have paid on the phone.
Still a joke.
Still no extra tickets.

Can you not do it online?

(^^^ A kind suggestion because this is what I use to avoid grief when trying to obtain a ticket.)

I know the ticket office get stick, but on this occasion the instructions given by the recorded message are very clear, ie: press option 1 then option 3, no problems, sorry for your grief but perhaps try again.

If you look on the website and listen to the recording it clearly states option 1,1 then 2.
It is wrong and they know it's wrong.I got thru before and got my extra tickets and a apology.
But nearly 2 hours to sort this out is unacceptable.

I rang circa 11:45am today - got through after 5 mins - tickets sorted straight away

Must be a bit hit and miss.

Only 2 blocks green now, sell out well before game......should be a good atmosphere being a must win game.

Think it would have been a disappointment had we not managed to sell this out at £12.50 a ticket. Wonder how many Cup scheme members will be getting their free tickets without really having much of an idea who they will be going to though.

Well my mate (a Rotherham United supporter) is bringing his City supporting girlfriend over for her first ever game and managed to get two tickets for 25 quid and is well happy. Like someone else mentioned it must be hit and miss. He had no problems.

Ordered my extra tickets online on Monday. Has anybody received there tickets in the post yet? I know there's a while to the game yet but was just wondering? Cheers

Just rang up and claimed 4 free tickets for our 4 cup-schemers.

Took about 5 minutes in total.

Good idea in all honesty. Wouldnt mind going to this and/or newcastle in the cup. How long before they sell out?

Don't think Newcastle will sell out but it's next week why wait ?
