Can't beat making your own. Boil some rice, chop up some spring onions, scramble some egg and chop up then throw some peas in while you're frying it up, plus some soy sauce mixed in.

Hate the stuff - though if I have to eat it to be polite, then fried is preferable.
Bit of an inconvenience not liking the stuff when Hubby is half Indian and loves the wretched stuff! ;)
