Bojinov says goodbye - with over a year left on his contract

It wasn't to be with the Boj. Shame I'd have liked to see him fully fit and given a go but he's not on the last couple of seasons good enough now to be pushing for a place.

Good luck Boj.

Just to note on what he's said, after being in Bulgaria on hols a couple of times I think it's just the way they are. They tend to shoot from the hip and have 'temper' issues sometimes.

He won't get anywhere near our first team now and never really did anything for us. Good luck to him but I won't shed any tears when he leaves.

Good Luck in Parma Boj :), we missed a world class striker . But wait we got Tevez who is overratly better

I've read a lot of your posts lately, all of them slag off Tevez even in threads, like this, where Tevez is utterly irrelevant.

Here we go again!! All he has said is he is at home playing in Italy and is unlikely to returm to City, because he knows deep down he won't get into our first team. Like DD said he did comment the club looked after him.

A freak injury in the Derby has resulted in him being unable to prove if he could do a job for us. So I say good luck to the guy, even if we don't get a fee.

wow - Some people love to overact. Lol at the retire and wear his City shirt around the house post.

Quick Fact - Players pay for their own treatment, they have to pay for everything from physio to tapo on a match day.

Yes we paid his wages during this period but due to the many, many clauses in contracts he wont of been opn anything like his basic wage in this period. Plus as City are a business, Bojinov like all the players will have his contract insured so City will of claimed on this and had his wages covered while he was injured.

Thats one high horse issue dealt with

Further, nobody hear knows what he has been told by the management. Apart from the fact he would probably be 5th/6th/7th choice striker, for all we know Hughes has told him we wont be needed anymore and to go and find a club. The loan is a way to make that happen.

I dont see anything wrong with his comment, players on loan all over the footbal world are asked about making moves permament and lots say they would like to.

I always thought he was a quality player who would of been effective for us. Good luck to him

He's saying he doesn't want to come back because he prefers it in Italy. He's said fuck all about not being able to get in our team, just that he doesn't want to bother trying because he's happy there. Thanks Boj.

Wonder what he'd do if the rags offered him a contract? Stay in Italy because he wouldn't get in their team perhaps? My arse.

We, Bulgarians are not very social animals. We grow up in a country where every one is trying to fuck people over. Not our fault. Luckly for me i got out in time...
How did you like our ladies?

Why? If he doesn't want to be here then why should I want him to stay or be positive about a guy who spent 3/4's of his time here injured, footing us with the bill for his treatment, not giving a shit about the fans and pissing off back to Italy. He's done nothing for this football club so from my point of view he can go back to Italy, I don't care for him.

You are one hell of a cock muncher.

Do you think he liked having op after op, not being able to play. In the quote, he hasn't bad mouthed us in anyway, and i think we can all agree (Even though i would have given him a run out), he wasn't going too make as much of an impact on the first team as he would have like.

If he doesn't come back, i wish him all the best, and will always try and keep an eye out for him.

Good post, Clubber.

Some of you need to grow up. Football is a job to players, and a short career to boot. If he's found somewhere he knows he can play and do well for himself at why would he wish to come back and risk missing valuable time on a bench? He was injured most of his time here, but I don't expect him to 'repay that loyalty' we showed him by possibly stalling his career.
