Bolton - game called off 27/4 due to players still not paid (p13)

Looks like they are going into administration which will result in an automatic 12 point deduction next season. They may also be deducted extra points for failing to complete this seasons fixture against Brentford.
So there is the very realistic possibility of starting next season on -15 points. It would be very difficult(although not impossible) to avoid relegation to League Two.

£41 million of debt is WOW ??? and chasing the dream of premier league football without a fan base to stabilize your finances that gives you stability is why

going to the bank and loaning money on season ticket sales and assets to fund a dream and punch above your weight much like old manchester city ?? but we always had a fan base to bail us out ?? but until it got so far out of hand the club was on its knees and close to administration before the take over so we can feel the pain of bolton

the football league needs to sort out finances at smaller clubs and stop owners from loaning money from banks or other people on the club assets, the dream of getting to the premier league and that £100 million pot of gold is a nightmare and clubs are playing russian roulette, clubs with a small fan base and have a good period of time lets say 5 years with good gates and a good youth setup and not be in any debt then the football league can vouch for your credit and good enough to get promoted

but owners buying clubs and using them needs to stop, loaning money and running up big debts on assets then fucking off without any punishment can not keep happening ?? and in hope their fans bail the club out ??? the football league need more power to stop them and even the premier league stop promotion without good foundations
