Borat 2 to premier in the US on October 23rd

Watched it yesterday and enjoyed it. Can pick at it and say it's not for the impact or shock value of the original, but it never would have done really. Whilst a few of the scenes must have been set up, there's also a reminder that there are some incredibly self important guys out there who deserve bringing down a peg or ten. The guy suggesting he'd pay $500 for a night with Borat's daughter for a start, Giuliani another slimy rat who makes your skin crawl.

It still make me laugh a few times, which in these times is like gold dust so cheers Sacha.

Watching it now and it’s uncomfortable in places to watch. The daddy daughter dance is truely horrific.
 
I thought it was just as good as the first movie. If you didn’t like that one then you probably wouldn’t like this one.
 
Just watched it and thought it was a great sequel. It was impossible to ever be as good as the first with the same character, through the sheer fact everybody knows him now and no American is going to say anything controversial around him. the fact he got something out that’s anywhere near as good as the first at all not to mention doing it during covid times is a testament to his creativity.

The country Steve bit was classic Borat.
