Watched it the other night.
Not a massive fan (he always has a knack of making me feel uncomfortable) but there were 2 classic lines that made me smile;
"Vice Pussy Grabber" and "Where is the 'no' means 'yes' dress?"
For those lines alone it is worth 8/10. ;-)

making the audience feel uncomfortable is a sign of good comedy for me - It's why The Office will always be my favourite comedy, pure cringe.

I preferred the character Borat to Ali G at a push but both were very clever. It's a shame he wasn't able to make a more authentic Ali G film as opposed to that disaster.
Kevin & Perry Go Large is astonishingly bad but a fantastic watch too. The Ali G film was just bad.
Ali G indahouse is funny as fuck. That and Kevin and Perry go large are easily my favourite comedy films.
