Borussia Dortmund (A) - CL QF | Post-Match Thread

First half I thought here we go again. But second half every one of them stepped up out there. Dortmund barely had a sniff, midfield was brilliant. KDB, Phil, Gundo just wow

Phew!! Me of little faith.

Just a pity it took us so long to realise they are not on our level and played out the game with the confidence we should have gone into it, a couple of years ago we would have lost that game so we are slowly learning.

As it now turns out we have now got the ideal scenario of PSG over two legs and the knowledge we can beat Madrid or Chelsea in a one off game (hopefully without putting the mockers on the FA cup semi on Saturday).

One game at a time from here on in for me, The game against Leeds had the potential to be the start of the worst week ever, instead it could turn out to be something really special.

Paris St Germain.? Gimme Mansfield in the Autoglass Windscreen at home.

It's a penalty but he play acted holding his head instead of his leg (never his knee) and I've no issue with the ref not giving the penalty, Rodri needs to cop on and he's few bigger fans than me. He tried to get Can sent off and while not giving the penalty might not have been in line with the laws of the game I fully agree with it being a suitable penalty for the play acting.
Well to be exact (just above the knee). If he does down holding his leg the penalty stands. What will Mbappe and Neymar be doing in the next leg I wonder??
As for trying to get Can "sent off" I don't know what your talking about, I think Rodri tried to get a penalty but never tried to get Can sent off.

This Paramount+ after-match coverage it f*cking awful. I've been waiting for something meaningful, like a player interview or something, but it's just a bunch of idiots yelling at each other. I'm out...
