The club has to decide now; are they happy to win domestic trophies, and forget about Europe? If they are, then fine. We keep Bob. Because his track record in European competition is, well, underwhelming and doesn't inspire confidence that we will blaze a trail across the continent any time soon. Domestically however, he seems to have cracked it. 3 trophies in little over a year, after waiting 36 years for one. And that is excellent. Seriously.
 
I just sat through the most embarassing 90 minute toothless surrender since Mancini arrived. The whole team should be ashamed of that perfiormance. There are fans out here who pay your wages (Mancini included), remember?

dzeko shite again, sinclair is a championship player, and Garcia is the worst fucking player I have ever seen in a city shirt, on the bright side no Europa cup thank god.

Garcia should never have been bought, the guy next to him should have though, he was open for a move and moved to Russia but surely could have come here being a great friend of Vinnys, Witsel is the man. Instead we go for a decent player in Garcia but is a pale shadow of what De Jong was. £17mill down the bastard drain in the meant time we can console ourselves that we got a whopping £4million for De Jong or whatever paltry bollocks it was. I am sick to the bastard death of us being 'done' in the market and thank god Marwood has been moved elsewhere.

Garcia needs time to settle and adjust but I am absolutely convinced we bought a dud here. A loan with view to buy deal away from here beckons no doubt :(

On the plus side at least we haven't the Europa to worry about. League win and good run in FA Cup is a paramount now as far as I am concerned.
 
players/managers attitudes.

Apart from tevez, zaba, kompany and hart, how many of our players actually seem to care, 3000 blues made the trip tonight to see half-hearted, lazy efforts from players who earn more in a year than most do in a life time. I dont know about you guys but i saw a great oppurtunity against a weak dortmund side tonight to get three points and then the chance to give players like rodwell, sinclair, even young evans invaluable european experience, but they wont have it now. Im fuming to say the least.

you have a squad that is worth 300 million, against ajax who spent 11m on theirs, they outfought us, wanted to win more, tried harder than us. Real spent similar money to us, but if you look at the way they play with each other, they press without the ball, play with a high tempo with it, WHY DONT WE? Weve been a complete embaressment in europe this season, Im not even buying into the whole group of death idea, because Ajax arent a great side, this dortmund team, as good as they are, sit 6th in their league domestically.

We will be different against united on sunday, but i worry that the likes of tevez, zaba, kompany will be burnt out, and to be honest i dont fancy seeing dzeko starting against the rags. Nasri i like a lot but as good as his ball retention actually is he slows our tempo down, as does the likes of Garcia and lescott who cant seem to comprehend what a forward pass is.

Said it all for me tonight that Jurgen Klopp was hugging, applauding his players tonight, he really got them going, when dzeko, nasri, sinclair all went off they didnt get any form of acknowledgement whatsoever. and yes you can say its because we were loosing but i hardly ever see Mancini do that when were winning a game, his distant man management skills really do not help players confidence.

I might be over-reacting, but a team worth 300 million should qualify from their champions league group. Dont forget we got knocked out of the EL last season by sporting Lisbon and the year before that by Dinamo Kiev, this shouldnt happen, its ludicrous.
