forget co-efficient points and all the rest, that's just making excuses for not being good enough in europe.... even if we got an "easier" group we have to play pot 1 and pot 2 sides in the knock-out rounds in any case so we just need to up our game and be able to compete with these kind of teams.

Shocking performance against Dortmund B-team! Garcia is fucking slow and should play as a centre-back, Sinclair is simply not good enough and Dzeko should never ever play in starting XI again! And Balotelli is a complete disgrace!

You need decent pace to be a CB so that rules Garcia out.

I can't think of a worse day to be a City fan. Losing a meaningless game is the most horrible thing to ever happen in the history of sport. They needed to lay out and do everything in the world to win this match, screw the derby!

real shame tonight esp for fans who travelled - could've got some pride back

everyone seems to have summed the performance up so far on BM

my view: we were outplayed and out-thought - we had no real cohesion as a team and that is something I've noticed throughout this season.

are we being found out or just unlucky - there's been glimpses of great teamwork but it always peters out.

just a tad frustrating but that's football eh!

saying i'm ashamed to be a city fan tonight would be a huge understatement.

the contrast between the two teams was horrific, we don't deserve to be in the CL next season after that.

yes we were already out but we played a strong team against half a dortmund side... really?

couldn't care less about the whole "oooo we're playing badly but look at the table we're second" form we are in the PL at the moment, this was fucking disgraceful

we weren't in the CL next season before that
