I know it's not going to happen but,

As we can't go to games I have spent more time in the match day thread than I would normally would. Very often, it is not a pretty sight. I have followed city since I was five years old, at nine I talked my mum and dad to let me go to reserve team games on my own, just so I could immerse myself in the game and dream of playing for the club just like most other kids. For once I would just like the match day forum to mirror the experience of the vast majority of the people I share my City experiences with who I am confident share the feelings of most fans.

We are living and breathing the most fantastic 10 years of the clubs existence and I hope the best is yet to come, so can we please see some more smiles and tears of joy instead of some of the sh*t we normally see.

I'll drop in later to see how things are going. (or maybe not).
 
As soon as the decision is made to rest Zinchenko it unfortunately means Stones or Dias has to drop out too, it’s a double-whammy. The reason being we need Laporte to shift over into left back within the back 3 once Cancelo moves into midfield. Neither Dias nor Stones can do that. It’s a bit awkward but there will always have to be a minimum of 2 changes to the ‘best’ back 4 when Zinchenko is taken out.

I totally agree but Pep has to give him game time to keep him match fit in case of injuries. While Laporte is a very good player he does have a tendancy to make mistakes that cost us. They were brushed under the carpet because due to our other centre backs being terrible a lot of the time he was still the best of the rest. He's still a decent player but at the moment Stones and Dias are better.

You’re forgetting that emotions happen when watching on tele, and watching on tele can be extremely frustrating.

The match threads are nowhere near as bad as being in the stadium, fans come out with some mental stuff in the ground, but everyone knows it’s just emotions.
 
This will be a hard game remember these lot beat an inform Bayern.
