This was such an important win. At a time when performances have been petering out, 3 points was vital. And now this puts the pressure back on Liverpool who have to play from behind for the first time in a long time.

Yeah you're right mate. Let's criticise a much inferior team for not doing us a favour and trying to play us at our own game, thus playing into our hands and as good as giving us the 3 points before we've kicked off. Howe is a disgrace for not doing everything we would want them to do to give us the best chance of winning, how dare a well known attacking side realise they can't go toe to toe with us after being spanked season after season by us and try and change their approach.

Oh and let's not give any praise to our defensive unit and our game management and control, it's easy to play against the champions, the premier leagues greatest side. some two bit pundit like Michael Owen once said our defence is there to be got at so it must be true and Bournemouth are a shambles for not penning us in our own 6 yard box for the last 10 minutes.

Let's also ignore the 90 minutes of having them chase shadows, tiring them out to the point where they're ready to drop and can't rally together for a sustained push towards the end. In addition, we shouod of course completely dismiss their lengthy injury problems too, including by far and away their best striker being out.

Whilst we're at it, we need to forget our pass completion stats that's been posted on here and the fact we made about a dozen incomplete passes in the entire game, I'm not sure how you can counter a side that doesn't give the ball away but yeah let's ignore all that, it's all shit and let's just call them pathetic for not having a go and not taking a spanking.

The radio slated Howe & quite right too.

Live & die trying something the home team failed misreably to do thanks to the managers tactics.

To many middle of the road teams in this League do exactly the same thing instead of growing some ball having a go.

If they lost 3-4 today but pinned City back then they take credit rather than watching there team camp out in the 18 yard box all day, f in shite.

Silva was better once Bernardo came inside. Bernardo in there speeded up the play and that, in turn, created more space for Silva to exploit. De Bruyne has looked, understandably, ponderous at times since coming back, and I suspect we can no longer rely on him finding both fitness and form in the closing months. If he makes it back to the bench and helps to close games out, I'll be happy with that.

Howe wants a fucking good slagging, home team not 1 effort, shot or attacking moment.

Absolute shocking tactics from a so called England future manager.

Bournemouth have enough to give us a headache yet the boring twat sits back for 90 minutes.

On the game any win like midweek is great especially in the current climate now for Everton to get something tomorrow.

The game today especially 1st half was poor, 2nd half much better but overall wasn't good.

To slow at times & our midfield just isn't ticking.

Dave hasn't played well enough for many weeks now & Pep is giving him game time on name only.

With Dino & now Kev out for another few week & maybe longer for the Ginger Prince Dave will get the nod over everyone although not at the races.

Zinchenko has been very good & deserves the plaudits.

Let's hope Vinny stays fit we need him to get through this sticky period.

Watford will be another tough game but
FA Cup has to take last preference now get some kids in & rest up players.
