Football really is a funny old game.

Against Forest we were dominant, assured, crisp in our passing and created shit loads of chances… we drew 1-1.

Today, I thought we were sloppy, scrappy, erratic, we didn’t create all that much and overall didn’t play all that well really… we won 1-4.

Being ruthless in front of goal makes all the difference.

Considering the tough game vs RB Leipzig and Bournemouth's league position I am not suprised with us being slightly scrappy. But they did cop for it

A good but not great performance. I actually thought we played better and created more vs Forest but we were much more clinical today and had the bit of luck at times that we didn't get last week.

I think a front 4 of Grealish, Fodeen, Haaland and Alvarez has some potential.

After the recent games (Arsenal aside) that was nice. Hate it when we take out foot off the gas second half though. I don't like that mentality at all.

Good game. Happy with that and nice to see us banging them in. Happy days.

I liked the selection and also the use of subs, even though it did produce a dip at the end.

Great performance some lovely goals and overall we were terrific. There will be things that we'll learn from that and get stronger.

Loved having Alvarez upfront with Haaland, thought Foden was excellent. Loved Gundo pulling strings especially in the first half.

A great performance.
Their goal is slightly disappointing.
The subs changed the game and not for the better.
Maybe the 4 goal cushion played a part in that.
Fuck it, not arsed either way.
