Good that mangala and otamendi can have a good understanding to secure top 4

I bet you said somethig similar before the Norwich game. And the Derby. I just have no idea where you get this constant optimism from. But whatever.
I agree with your earlier comments re starting kelechi, but again, he tends to start bony before him, for no good reason.
I can't bring myself to think City will fail before a kick off. I may as well pack it in if i stop believing. With the injured players coming back i honestly think we will see the team click like the first five games and play like Pellegrini has planned all along.

Fair enough mate. I believe we SHOULD win it - just what I find odd is this staunch belief you have that we are about to turn it around. Before the Norwich game you predicted we would win our next 6 (I think?) and we have picked up 1 point - against a team who were woefully out of form. Our form has been dire - should we turn it around, yes. Should we beat Bournemouth, probably yes. But there isn't a lot to say we will.

I don't believe it makes you any less of a fan to think like that. I'll go and support the team at every game, and believe we can win. But just because I go in there with caution too, given our woeful form, and can't see us winning the league, doesn't make me want to pack it in. It just makes me want to write off this season as a poor one, and look forward to next.

I am going with the first of two back to back pl large margin wins. (But i am in bed sick)

I'm sorry mate but injuries and Champions League tie still being considered, we need to be taking 6 points off of these two teams with no fear of relegation and nothing to play for.
Fully agree. But it might be easier said than done. Personally I fear that we may somehow get past PSG but the distraction of a semi against one of the big boys hurts our points total and the Rags pass us out. The positive slant is that we go on the run which we have been hoping for in recent weeks and finish 3rd.

Mmm. Just doesn't seem any point in dwelling on past games. I'm sure the players are dying to get them out of their system too. We're in a dreadful run of league form. Hopefully it can finish like last season...i think we were pretty bad in February and March too?

Too True we were pure shite from New Year when we were joint top until after the Rags handed us our arses on a plate around this time last season. The good news is that we can turn it around but realistically the current mess we are in may prove difficult to get out of.
