Bournemouth (away) pre-match thread

City Watch reported it. Having De Bruyne back would be a big lift, although I suspect he might only be a sub at Bournemouth, with one eye on PSG.

Cheers Ric. I think that's probably the right way to handle it. I know we've obviously under performed this season but we should be able to beat Bournemouth with or without Kev. Seeing him back on the 6th is fine by me.

I've a feeling City will go on a good run now, starting away at Bournemouth, just like after last seasons Derby.

Caballero, Zabaleta, Otamendi, Mangala, Clichy, Fernandinho, Fernando, Navas, Toure, Nasri, Aguero
Subs: Wright, Sagna, Kolarov, Delph, De Bruyne, Bony, Kelechi

Ideally I'd leave Toure out as well, but I think Silva needs the rest more. Wouldn't want to start both Nasri and KDB but with Nasri not available for PSG, makes more sense to start him on Sat.

Put Delph on the bench based on today's reports he a bit behind KDB and Nasri in terms of his recovery, ideally he'd have started too. If this wasn't such an important game I'd have Aguero on the bench. Hopefully we'll be able to that against WBA next week.

I'm hoping the United defeat this season has the same affect last seasons did. It could well do.

Really not sure though what to expect from this one. I reckon they'll be goals as both ends, but, who knows what's gone on in the two week break. Had we been playing this game just a few days after the United game I'd have had us down for a defeat, but hopefully the international break turns out to be a blessing in disguise.
