i would go wiyh this defence got no confidence in bridge or lescott.
boyatta is progressing well and he is going to be a top class centre back and if we can keep giving him games in euafa cup or other cup games it will give him the exsperience he needs.he reminds me of a young marcell desailly.

One mistake does not negate a good performance.
It does for some players. But I agree overall Boyata was very good.

I think he is gonna turn out to be a great defender for us in the next few years and i like the fact that he's belgian like kompany so they could strike up a very good partnership and having kompany will only help Boyata even more i think! Also be good too see Boyata nock Vermaelen out the Belgium team soon although with vermaelen being captain that would be difficult but right back for belgium will do :)

Boyata is a top prospect no doubt about it but for me the main centre back pairing needs to be kompany and kolo it is no surprise since kolo has been out we have conceded 3 goals against what is average opposition
