I’m not here to debate that.You've neglected to highlight that there were mitigating circumstances in both though.
There's no good from sending those women to jail where it can be avoided and they haven't killed or seriously injured someone.
Messing them up even more and then dumping them on mental health and substance abuse treatment organisations that don't have the capacity when we could just try to treat them instead.
If these are spared jail, you can see why this sick b@stard would aswell.
