Bradley Lowery RIP x

You've neglected to highlight that there were mitigating circumstances in both though.

There's no good from sending those women to jail where it can be avoided and they haven't killed or seriously injured someone.

Messing them up even more and then dumping them on mental health and substance abuse treatment organisations that don't have the capacity when we could just try to treat them instead.
I’m not here to debate that.
If these are spared jail, you can see why this sick b@stard would aswell.

If you want to get away with murder, use a car.

Did she crash and cause injuries though?

As that's not the same as what copperpot claimed he'd read.

Assume no jail time is because she's agreed to attend a treatment programme and she's got a suspended jail sentence.

If she has an alcohol problem, doesn't make sense to jail her if she can be treated outside rather than go to prison and develop other mental health and substance issues.
I'm actually the last person who wants certain folk sent to prison. But the amount of cunts who persistently get behind a wheel pissed up while on a ban and walk right out of court is astonishing. I think the judge didn't jail her because she had a new job lined up.

Sick fucker is a stain on our society, what sort of sick twat does something like that?

But being sent to court for offending someone and getting sentenced? The morality police are here with us.

He is a ****.

Don't think his punishment should have been through the courts, it is the one his community and Sunderlands deal him and make the scumbag not welcome wherever he goes.

Would you prefer a lynching or something instead of going through the courts?

Anyway it seems a fair punishment - a ban and community service. Locking him up would have been ridiculous.

Have a read of my local paper every week. It’s unbelievable how lenient sentences are nowadays. This government has completely messed this country up. Never felt so disillusioned about the UK and where it is heading.
