Yep, similar centre of gravity and close control when moving with the ball. He'll be beating players for fun anywhere on the pitch as his upper body strength improves.

EDIT: His contract ends June 2019 if reports are correct....looks like we need to start working on a new contract for him over the summer...

I get the feeling the next few months will have a huge bearing on his contract situation, more game time then he's more likely to stay but I wouldn't be surprised if he's been tapped up. Real have been sniffing around for a while.

He's had a fair bit in the academy games I've watched him playing, it doesn't seem to put him off his stride.

Both he and Foden are two players who have the potential to be first teamers within the next three years.

This boy is the biggest talent to come out of the Academy in years. He’s raw (too much head down dribbling) and he’s small, but those shortcomings will improve naturally and with coaching. No-one with his level of natural technique and touch should be allowed to leave. We need to sign him up long term asap

Isco didn't even get regular game time until this year, and Kovacic still barely plays. If Diaz can't get regular game time with us, what makes him think he can get it in Real? Now Dortmund is a whole different story entirely.
