If coming to Bratislava by train there is a bus stop just to the right as you come out the station, easy to use machine, I used the cheapest option to get to town.
Dont forget to validate your ticket when you get on the bus.

Also train tickets from Vienna are 18 Euros, you can either buy them online (with pick up at the ticket machine) or at the ticket machine. They are valid for any trains going to Bratislava (normally once an hour) and include the return trip as well, valid for up to three days after your outbound trip.

What's everyone's plans other there 4 of us going from Luton Tuesday to Thursday!

We're on the 5.55 from Luton on Tuesday and coming back Thursday. Might take the river boat to Vienna on Wednesday
