Everything wrong with this season right there.

Kovacic and Akanji are absolutely nowhere near the level we need starters to be at. Jesus Christ I can’t get over how bad Kovacic was before he came off…didn’t even once break into a run. The score had nothing to do with him going off either, we were lucky not be shipping goals tbh.

Attacking wise we were far better.

Kev, Ake, Phil and Haaland all did well.

But we’re in trouble still.

Not really sure how the subs cost us. Best form of defence for us was attack. Putting Gundo on for Kova didn’t weaken us. We were absolutely all over the place before that sub
 
Fucking useless. Absolute bottle jobs.

That defence is fucking shite. Ake, Akanji and Gvardiol can’t win a fucking header between them. What defender worth his salt, can’t consistently win headers and against forwards who most weeks are fucking smaller than them? Theres only Dias who is any fucking good and he’s never fit.

The midfield is mid-table at best. I will forgive Kova somewhat because he was only ever meant to be a squad player. Bernie needs fucking off completely. He offers nothing in defence or attack and he can’t run. Be better off playing someone who can move in there, even if on the face of it, he has half the technical ability of Bernie (of 2 seasons ago).

Pep needs to look at himself too. The midfield is absolute turd and can’t move and his response is to bring Gundo on?
 
Silva fuckin shoot we're 2 up but no I'll pass it about until the hungrier team win the ball off us and score.

Expected us to get beat so a point is a point, absolutely comical defending for the last 10 minutes. Half expected Ant and Dec to pop out at the end saying it was all just a massive wind up
 
I thought we attacked better until the final ball/lack of a final ball. Defensively we're a joke and it comes from being overrun especially with Gundo in the middle as well as brain farts. Ah well. I think we knew we weren't back.
 
Akanji wtf was that defending at the end we had are chances should of won just how it's been most of season the commentary mentioned we average 17 shots a game most in league but only 6th top scorers
 
Would have taken a point at the start, I suppose, but the way we threw that away after somehow ending up 2-0 in front was pathetic. No idea what's going through Pep's mind at the moment. Bernardo, De Bruyne, Foden, Haaland, etc. being run into the ground week after week while McAtee, Grealish, and Doku just watch on from the sidelines, genuinely having no idea what they've got to do for Pep to give them more than 10 mins to make a difference. Game management was atrocious, midfield was non-existent throughout. We're lucky Brentford had an off night. Two midfielders needed urgently.

Were was the game management when 2 up absolute disgrace that if anyone thinks 2 young CB’s are going to change things forget it even that Egyptian lad doesn’t change much it’s all over needs sorting especially midfield..
 
Did I miss the new fucking signings on the subs bench? Who exactly was Pep supposed to bring on?

I cannot believe you're all blaming the subs for that result.
 
Dreadful subs from Pep. Bernardo and Kev both spent. So he brings on Gundog ffs.
Please can we just get Ederson back in nets. Ortega just can't play our game.
