Apologies, everybody - final response

I'm repeating & questioning your logic ya plank! :-)

I then explained that we're a team in transition & not the City of old, so IF we do have a drop off in performance & energy after Christmas, a degree of context, realism & understanding is required.

Hopefully this settles the issue in your head. However, my advice still stands... Put your devices down, take a break from the Internet for a spell & go for a lie down, preferably in a darkened room.

Edersons time at City was clearly up the club has put in place an outstanding replacement. Nobody has the skill set of Eddie But Donna has already demonstrated why he was widely acknowledged to be one of the best in the world at his trade. Speculating on what might have been if Eddie was still in goals is a bit futile. Move on I would say.
I have moved on pal. I loved Eddie but I prefer Donna, I was replying to someone who said Donna was a backward step, it isn’t

The advice is more for the benefit of everyone else having to endure your inane ramblings.

Your posts highlight all that's wrong with the international break, where there's no meaningful football to talk about, so posters like you float to the top of the toilet bowl.

Give your fingers a rest dude...
Why do you feel the need to regularly patronise another poster? Personally I think he should do as much posting as HE feels like

Maybe The Don himself will be, now he's here?

He's had a terrific effect upon the team already. I mean, there's no doubt who's the boss in our area, is there? The distance on his punches is impressive, too.
No doubt. People are misinterpreting my comments. It's only natural that I get nervous when he's on the ball after having someone like Eddy previously, who, as I said, is one of the best in that regard. No reason Donnaruma can't improve in that area. He's only 26.

I honestly don't understand the grief that Nico G gets, i've been impressed every time he's played tbh. Looks much more comfortable, a bit of pace to his game now too and you can see he's learned scanning from Rodri as well. A really good player, it's pointless comparing him to Rodri just like it was pointless comparing Rodri to Fern when he came in. I feel much less worried with him being there in this team, i'd actually like to see both of them play together because i feel like he's got something to give going forwards as well.
Very balanced view. Thanks.

Doku? Bobb? Cherki?
Honestly, this team needs Doku starting. But what really just troubles me is the total lack of urgency to score. Despite being up 1 goal, we showed no urgency or personality to try and get a second. The last two games - Monaco and Brentford. It was painful to watch. Yes we got the win against Brentford. I'm happy for the points. But the last two games have been completely uninspired, monotonous.

I'm just generalising mate, and you're probably old enough to know it too ..... anyway why not try complaining to one of the clubs involved then, if you are so convinced I'm talking rubbish ????
You said I “kicked off with a steward”, I actually said “why do you need to look inside my (tiny) wallet, what are you expecting to find?”, so let’s be clear you ARE talking rubbish

I think it's about time you took the hint, shut up about this, and moved on mate ...... the only rubbish around here is generally found within your posts!

Just put your complaint into Brentford, if you still want to, and move on ffs, that matchday has been and gone ..... the rest of us are only concerned with the Everton game now!

And that's definitely the last I'm saying on the matter!

You told me that I kicked off with a steward you fool. Were you there? No. So as I said stop talking rubbish and STFU. This thread is about the Brentford match, if you want to focus on the Everton match maybe do it in the Everton thread?

For context the only reason I posted about my experiences is because a top Blue and excellent poster in here (Dodge) got a 3 year banning order and his season ticket taken off him due to reacting to the unreasonable behaviour of Brentford stewards, and most likely the same steward. Other Blues have had serious issues with Brentford (and only Brentford) stewards which makes it at least a discussion point.

The ONLY reason I am posting further is to correct the inaccurate rubbish you have been posting. So thank fuck you have said you won’t be posting any more inaccurate shite.

Take the hint and stop posting inaccurate information about something you know fuck all about.

It's not entirely insane.

I was happy to see Ederson go, felt it was time and the benefit we got from his footballing skills was dropping, while he didn't make enough saves. Donnarumma is way better and more commanding as a traditional keeper, yes. I do wonder though if we would have been under a lot less pressure in the 2nd half if we still had Ederson's distribution helping us control the game.

Time will tell I guess. Maybe his footwork and his understanding with the defence will improve, or maybe teams will shut down any passing options and cause mistakes. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy with him so far, but I dont think it's insane to ask questions still.
I agree Donnarumma is a great keeper, but don’t forget Eddie had four assists last season. Donna won’t do this, so we need to adapt.
